This sanitation standard NSF 4 and UL approved Franke Sinfonia Step 1 MUT Espresso Machine is constructed of metal and plastic. It is capable of producing up to 300 coffee drinks/day - up to 4 drinks/minute. This features two boilers; both the brew boiler and steam boiler are stainless steel (4.06 liters total). It also features low-noise precision grinder with dramatically reduced grind time, true triple shot capability, fully electronic control board with illuminated LCD and full graphical interactive display and highly programmable interface, up to 32 products. The coffee outlet moves up and down to accommodate various cup sizes and designed for high volume operations. The single touch automatic espresso grinding and brewing machine has two coffee hopper and precision grinder configurations. This Espresso Machine is fully programmable espresso grind, tamp, temperature, pre-infusion, water volume, extraction time, and more. The programming cards are for easy programming, calibration, and troubleshooting. This also has easy to clean with automatic rinsing and cleaning programs, and integrated milk refrigeration and steaming. The autosteam delivers perfect milk texture, temperature, and taste every single time and automatic cleaning and rinsing program for both coffee and milk delivery systems.
